It'd be neat to see the gems shapeshift into more creatures. Sure, Amethyst does it all the time, and Garnet totally shapeshifted into Steven in 'Keep Beach City Weird'. We haven't seen Pearl shapeshift at all, although she did say that "All Gems have shapeshift powers." I wonder why she's never done it in the show? What creatures or animals would you like to see the gems as?
