It's always interesting to see which Beach City citizens get more character development. Like Onion, he first appeared in Bubble Buddies. Since then, he's had many other background or minor appearances, and two episode dedicated to his character development. And yet, Suitcase Sam, we barely know anything about. I wonder if the Mystery Woman will have more development in the future? Only time will tell!
