As with most of people who watch cartoons, they start to notice that some voices start to sound the alike. Is it just your imagination, or are these wonderful voice actors that you know and love working all over in Hollywood? That is what I would like to do here with this new segment called "Hey, It's That Voice!" With this, we will explore all the various roles that the wonderful voice talent of Steven Universe do. Let's start with the voice of the title character, Zach Callison.
We all know and love Steven. Heck, the show is called 'Steven Universe' and we wouldn't have this website if we didn't like Steven himself. But what about the voice of Steven? Well, for Zach Callison, being Steven isn't his first role, nor is it his first cartoon. (In fact, he voices more than Steven on SU. He also lends his voice to other characters such as the Clutser, a Crying Breakfast Friend, and the creepy Onion.)
Zach Callison, born 1997, has been acting since the age of seven. He started his performance career as a stage actor in his hometown of St. Louis, performing in such productions of Peter Pan and The Wizard of Oz. He landed his first film role in 2007 in the film Kingshighway and had a small, uncredited role in the 2009 Will Ferrell film Land Of The Lost. During the 2009/2010 television season, Callison also appeared on the American quiz game show Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, with host Jeff Foxworthy. He also had a major role include the award-nominated soap opera Diary Of A Single Mom.

Finally, Callison has had numerous of guest appearances in live-action shows. These shows include Hannah Montana, Perfect Couples, I'm In The Band, iCarly, NCIS: Los Angeles, Henry Danger, Fresh Off The Boat, and The Goldbergs.
These are only a few of Zach Callison's credits, and I am sure that he will have plenty more roles in the future. The 18-year old has shown that he is not only a talented actor, but a wonderful singer as shown in numerous Steven Universe episodes and at the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 panel.
