This tweet went out several months ago, but we still haven't seen Jasper since. A lot of times, the butch villain character is just that. They're there to be an ugly, formidable bad guy, and nothing else. But it seems like Jasper may be in for a redemption arc. Why is this important? Check out the fan theory below! -
The season 1 finale of Steven Universe was phenomenal. A fantastic performance by Estelle, combined with Rebecca Sugar's music, shot Stronger Than You to the top of the list of fan favorite songs. Garnet was revealed to be a fusion, Lapis trapped Jasper in the ocean, and Steven learned a bit about Gem technology. It was an action packed episode that fans loved. After 'Log Date 7 15 2' aired, Lauren Zuke posted the storyboards for a deleted scene. She deleted it shortly after, without any explanation, but not before fans were able to save the images. One fan has taken the clips and made a rough storyboard animation from them. This scene almost ended up in the show, but was cut time. :( I wonder how many other deleted scenes there are that we don't get to see?
