These watermelon stevens. The one with the flower necklace is representing the “mother”, while the one with the tie is representing the “father”, and they have their baby.
So, then the main Watermelon Steven invites the other ones to help the Crystal Gems to defeat Malachite.
BUT THEN THERE’S THIS HUGE CONTROVERSY, THE ONE THAT GOES TO THE BATTLE IS THE ONE REPRESENTING THE MOTHER, WHILE THE FATHER IS THE ONE WHO STAYS THERE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR SON
