I wonder where Blue Pearl got her art skills. I wonder if she was made with them,or if she developed them. I bet Homeworld thinks that if a gem develops a trait, that they just happened to be made with it. I don't think the Diamonds believe that gems can learn new things. That could explain why the Rose Quartz gems were all bubbled. If one rebelled, they could have all been created with the desire and skill to rebel, right?
