I wonder what was so special about Lion that Rose decided to save him. How old is he? Does he have any kind of understanding of humanity? He's very friendly and non threatening towards Steven and other humans, yet, the show indicates that he probably used to be a regular Lion before Rose helped him. How did he become tamed? Is it part of the magic of healing tears?
