How's it going everyone? Did anyone watch the super blood moon eclipse tonight? Speaking of things happening in space, it's pretty interesting how SU hinted in the first episode about the Crystal Gems backstory with the silly Cookie Cat song. Whenever something silly or seemingly insignificant happens, it generally turns out to have a hidden meaning or message. This show can appear so subtle, but then have so much deeper meaning to it. Anyway, enough surmising, let's get to chatting!

Nerd Gazette did a really interesting interview with Zach Callison at Kraken Con! Zach Callison reveals that he started voice acting on the radio show Adventures in Odyssey. Zach also talks about various roles he worked on before SU. He'd love to do more crossover episodes, much like what was done with Uncle Grandpa. He'd also like to delve more into villain roles, the opposite type of character that he usually plays. Check out the full 9 minute interview below! -

io9 usually puts out really good articles about SU, and this one is no exception! It examines the character of Peridot, and how she's grown and changed as a character. Peridot may have a ton of hilarious moments, but she also has a great backstory that's just waiting to be explored. Check out the much more in depth article below!
