Looks at this adorable face! I wonder what would be different in the show it had stayed with the original character designs. I definitely enjoy the pilot versions of the gems, but the final versions are also fantastic! It's really neat that the pilot versions still get fanart though. Which designs do you prefer? Old school pilot, or new school final?
