Rose Quartz had so much love to give! Do you guys think that maybe Rose decided to have a baby after Vidalia had Sour Cream? It sounds like she and Greg became buds, so it makes sense that he might've helped her take care of the baby since Marty wasn't around. Greg seems like the type of guy who would help out a lady like that (plus, he had nothing better to do since he lived in a van). He probably babysat a few times, and Rose got to see young Sour Cream.
