SU touches on a lot of topics that some might say are too mature for kids. And yet, if they look back at their own childhood, wouldn't most adults consider themselves to have been capable and intelligent children? Oh sure, shows like Animaniacs were definitely fun, and a great watch, but it didn't touch on the hard real life issues that kids face. Fun and silly shows are great, but they don't teach problem solving, how to deal with loss, the importance of consent, how to resolve arguments, or even how to talk to your parents. So how does SU compare in its lessons when pitted up against an actual adult show - one where it should be far easier to explore seemingly "adult" or "mature" subject matter? Check out the in depth article below. It's definitely a fantastic read!
