Steven's powers have definitely been increasing throughout the series. Not only is he perfecting them through practice, but some, like his dream powers, simply seem to manifest and grow on their own, without Steven having to work to hone that skill. So could his "new" power, one the Crystal Gems never even saw Rose use, be the key to winning against Homeworld?
