Fan Theory: Rose Quartz is the Only Healer Gem in Existence!?

Each gem seems to have it's own unique abilities. So with Rose seeming to be the only one of her kind since the rest are bubbled, could she (or rather, Steven) be the only gem out running free and able to heal others?
