i often think about the fact that the gems in steven universe are thousands of years old, but they're not really any wiser or more patient than any of us. then again that's probably realistic, if i was thousands of years old i'd still be forgetful and impatient probably— surasshu (@surasshu) January 11, 2018

Now, Surasshu doesn't write for the show, but she does help create all of the amazing background tracks that you hear.
