Steven Universe: The Tale of Steven Autograph Signing at Gallery Nucleus

Gallery Nucleus will be hosting a signing for the artists of the upcoming book Steven Universe: The Tale of Steven. The artists of the book, Angie Wang and Elle Michalka, will be doing a signing at the art gallery on October 12, from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. After Hours: A collection of work by Jasmin Lai

One of the Crewniverse has an upcoming art gallery! Background painter and art director of numerous Steven Universe episodes, Jasmin Lai will be displaying a collection of her work at Q Pop Shop in Little Tokyo. Below is a blurb about the gallery from the Q Pop Gallery's website:

Q Pop Gallery is proud to present a solo exhibition of new works from Emmy award winning art director Jasmin Lai.

Jasmin Lai is an art director at Chromosphere Studio. She manages the look development of several projects, including the most recent Google Spotlight Stories Age of Sail and Sonaria. Previously, she art directed on Cartoon Network's Steven Universe, and also designed for various projects like The Powerpuff Girls: Dance Pantsed, Google Weather for Android, and COLOSSE: A Story in Virtual Reality for Oculus.

After Hours is a collection of work that illustrates the moments outside of your nine to five job, or whatever it is that you do for a living. In the ever-changing city of Los Angeles, there are so many moments during our busy lives that we wish we could encapsulate.

 The show opening takes place on Saturday, March 23rd from 7pm to 10 pm, with Jasmin Lai in attendance. The gallery will be taking place from March 23rd until April 14th. Steven Universe Fanart Show at Donut Panic in San Diego, California

Hey everyone, do you happen to be in the Southern California area? Well, there is another Steven Universe fanart show! This one is taking place at Donut Panic in San Diego, California. On April 8th from 6 to 9 PM, the doughnut shot turns into a Steven Universe art gallery! Beach-A-Palooza 2: The Art-ening! is happening this Thursday!

Hey all! Little Ursa here giving one last shout out for a special Steven Universe event that will be happening in Southern California this Thursday! On February 1st at the Comic Book Hideout in Fullerton, California, there will be a fanart gallery that will be happening! The event is hosted for fans by fans, with all the artwork being submitted by fan artists. Also during the event, a cosplay contest will be hosted and will presented by me, Little Ursa! Happen to be in the area? Then you should definitely stop on by!

Cosplay Contest at Beach-A-Palooza 2: The Artening

Remember that Steven Universe Art Show that will be happening in Fullerton that I brought up back in December? There is a now an addition to the opening night, a cosplay contest! The following is the press release:

Hello all! I am excited to announce that in addition to the amazing fanart at Beach-A-Palooza 2; The Artening, we will be hosting a Steven Universe cosplay contest! Show up in costume and you could win a prize! February 1st, 2018 at Comic Book Hideout in downtown Fullerton! The opening is from 6-10 pm. Winners to be announced at 9 pm.

Steven Universe Art Show in Fullerton, California

Hey Southern California locals! There will be a Steven Universe fanart show in your neck of the woods! It will be on Thursday February 1, 2018 at the Comic Book Hideout in Fullerton, California. They are currently accepting art for the gallery! All art mediums and all ages are accepted!
